  1. Hello, I just love the fact that this kits suspension is virtually maintenance free. Did you have any issues with your previous electronic setup or are you just testing new components? Congrats on your last race.

  2. Indeed I never have to do any maintenance to the suspension. The Orion speed control run perfectly. I have now switched to this to test it and make a comparison against the Orion. On paper this has almost twice the Amp draw than most other speedos so I am curious to see how much it can be pushed.

  3. Greetings!

Hi John. I want to ask some tip regarding the P06 + grub screw installation. I think I need to pop those P06 out of the chassis since I forgot to glue them before insertion. Upon driving the screws it just rotate with it.

    Any tips for this procedure?

    Cheers and more power!

Glad to see you're running this speedo too.

    All the best!

  4. I haven't pop one out yet to have experience how to do so. I did have one rotating free, and I just pulled it out and replaced it with a new one. I usually take a sharp knife and make small cuts around the sides of the P06 to make it rough/abrasive and then I also make some cuts on the inside of the hole of the carbon chassis. Then I apply C/A as the instructions recommend. Also add some lube on the set screw to make it run smoothly inside the PO6 so it never requires too much force that might make the P06 rotate.
On how to pop out all the P06 without damage I would start by pushing them in the reverse direction you installed them with a smooth tool. I hope that works.

  5. Greetings!

Thanks, John. Noted. CA is a must so it wont rotate freely upon the insertion of grub screws. Thank you very much!

Can't wait to see the result/review of your AE speedo + Orion motor combo.

    God bless!

  8. Hey,

What clamp are you using your motors soldering pads?

  9. Hey Jaank,

What do you mean by 'clamp'
My motor wires are soldered on to the motor tabs and then a black cover is placed on top, supplied with the VST2 Orion motors.
